At Elixrbio, Ronen leads an AI-driven computational platform for hair research, integrating biological data to identify the pathways behind graying and hair loss. He trained as a neuroscientist, with a Ph.D. from Tel Aviv University and postdoctoral work in antibody-based therapeutics. His career spans academia, biotech and pharma, and includes nearly 20 papers and patents.
Ph.D. in Biology from the Technion, where he studied marine and terrestrial natural bioactive compounds using analytical chemistry and computational modeling. At Elixrbio, he identifies and characterizes bioactive compounds for hair and skin applications, integrating metabolomics with biological research.
Ph.D. in Molecular Immunology from Bar-Ilan University, with expertise in immune checkpoints, cytoskeletal dynamics, and protein signaling. At Elixrbio, she leads R&D on molecular mechanisms relevant to hair and skin; published in Science Signaling and the EMBO Journal.
M.Sc. in Biotechnology from Bar-Ilan University with a molecular-biology and microbiology background. She runs lab and office operations at Elixr - organization, equipment, training, safety, and SOPs.
